bulletin covering important case law development in Company and Commercial Law

You do not have to claim the CPD hours, you could just read the bulletin: but if you
are interested in reading about the latest legal developments, why not take a little
more time to actually claim CPD hours.

There are multiple choice questions (MCQs) at the end of the bulletin and those
wishing to claim CPD credit should register with HJT Training, paying the fee for the
CPD hour, then answer the MCQ's, which HJT Training will then mark.

Providing you obtain at least 50%, you will receive the relevant accredited time for
your effort, as HJT Training is a registered provider of CPD hours with both the Bar
Council and the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
