Welcome to Casetrack, your essential source for full judgments in the United Kingdom. The Casetrack database contains over 80 000 full judgment transcripts from the Court of Appeal and High Courts spanning over 13 years. These judgments will cover legal subjects such as criminal law, civil law, family law, law of contracts, law of tort, intellectual property law, administrative law and many other areas.

Casetrack includes transcripts from the Court of Appeal Civil and Criminal Divisions, the Administrative and Divisional Courts, the Chancery Division, the Queens Bench Division, the Admiralty Court, the Mercantile Court and the Technology and Construction Court. Further there are searchable links to the House of Lords, Privy Council, the new Supreme Court and the Scottish Courts.

We are the only official transcribers to the Court of Appeal and Administrative Courts and an official transcription company for the High Court which gives us a competitive advantage, allowing us to have the most comprehensive full judgment database available. We are also able to transcribe specific judgments for our clients at no extra cost.

Other value-added extras are included such as the Case Detective, where a dedicated member of staff is there to help you find that elusive judgment, a Case Alerter Service, which allows us to update you weekly and monthly on the latest legal developments and our Pending List, where you can express your interest in a judgment transcript and we will alert you the minute it is available.
